Frederick Collingwood Moore married Ann or Annie in Leeds 1859 Q3 9b 815 or 315.

Unfortunately ancestry doesn't show the bride's name.............help please.

Frederic Collingham Moore married in Sep Q 1859, ref 9b 315 - the handwriting isn't too clear, but clear enough not to be 815.

On FREEBMD, 9b 315 gives a list: Ann Driver (I think this is the lady you seek!); Matilda Foster, Maria Hargrave. The other groom listed is Joseph Varley.
Yes when you put ann driver into ancestry it comes up as 9b 315, it's annoying they didn't bother doing those early indexes for marriages to include the spouse surname

his wife was annie driver,her father was headmaster of leeds grammer school i think arthur driver,the moore side were very famous artists coming to york/leeds from birmingham,frederick was a scientific instrament maker he stayed in leeds,but his son arthur driver moore moved to just outside london about 1889,a friend of mine is his granddaughter and has a portrait of him in uniform amazingly he served in the first world war he must have been about 48 when enlisted.
