Asking a question about American history on a UK-based website (where most people have very little interest in, or knowledge of) American history might not be the best of ideas! (We're also not too keen on doing people's homework for them either!)
However, you obviously need to start with the actual text of the speech itself:
https://www.ourdocuments.gov/print_friendly.php?flash=false&page=transcript&doc=15&title=Transcript+of+President+George+Washingtons+Farewell+Address+%281796%29
(If the text displays in a rather small size in your browser, press Ctrl and + together a few times to make it bigger. Press Ctrl and 0 together to get back to the default size).
Take a look at the paragraphs that start with
"Promote then, as an object of primary importance . . . "
"Observe good faith and justice towards all nations . . . " and
"Harmony, liberal intercourse with all nations . . . ".
They should provide the basis for your answers.
