If we discovered another planet that was primitive and we had acces to it how would we bring it into the our future ? slowly or at a faster rate than our evolution providing they wanted to advance.

You are being pessimistic Einstein. What about all the great things humankind has achieved? Nope, not a mention. Bad things do happen in the world of course, but so do good things. But you choose to focus just on the bad. That is pessimism. Open your eyes and read a dictionary. In addition, some of your examples are misleading. Tolerance amongst the public is at a higher level than ever before, and global warming is a natural geological process which has occurred on and off for millions of years. I realise a negative slant gives your post a melodramatic edge, but that's no excuse to depress people with constant doom and gloom.
