My dad has two Elvis Calendars, one from 1994 and 1979. They are both in very good condition, and we are going to put them on Ebay. We need to know roughly what reserve to put on them, as obviously he does not want to lose any money. Also, he has an Elvis clock, again in very good condition, it has swinging legs which attach and swing when the clock ticks. Again, we do not know what sort of reserve on the clock.
If anyone knows the value of these items, please respond as soon as possible.
The same as what? I said in my question that we have not put them up for sale yet, thats the point of my enquiry, to get a reserve idea for them, they have not appeared anywhere yet.
Ethel is asking if those items for sale on Ebay are the same as the ones you have. If so, as Ethel points out, the calenders didn't even make a fiver each.
To get an idea for a reserve, have a look at Ebay and see just how much similar items are selling for.
if you put them on ebay start with a very low price to entice buyers in, putting a reserve on is a waste of money in my ebay experience. but as always its up to you. sometimes in life we have to take a gamble. things sat at home, in a drawer or attic are worth nothing as they are so you might as well take a chance. best of luck.
