Why are the Dutch known also as Hollanders and Netherlanders ? Is there any difference between the names?

Holland is part of the Netherlands
It's a bit like the difference between England and Britain.

The word nether is an old world for low...Netherlands....Lowlands. Most of Holland is below sea level...hence the dykes (not shaven headed monster beasts wearing dungarees, DM boots and licking their eyebrows, but linear earth mounds to keep the sea out).
