trying to recall my history as a lad

good supplies of coal and relatively easily accessible, like wise iron ore deposits
source of cheapish labour, due to displacement of peasants during and after enclosure of farming land
use of steam power and new forms of industrial innovation (generally using metal/iron etc iron bridge, steam engines, etc)
Isaac Newton or basically great flowering of scientific thought in the enlightenment
laws of motion = new ways of making things move!!
