One For The Tilers
My daughter has a property abroad. The balcony tiles are old. Although in good condition the glaze has gone and so they are easily soiled.
What can I clean them with and then coat them so them remain shiny and clean.
They are very close together. Any tips on grouting?
Lifting them is not an option.

............. as for the grouting......... there are small handtools available for scratching out the old grout. A laborious job though.
I just use a small (100mm) angle grinder with a thin stone disc..........
