Hey, brainy DIY'ers, I have a single radiator, 600mm by 1600mm. Basic weight is 25kg (Wickes type 11).
Can anyone tell me how much this would weigh once full of water and can this hang on a total of 4 plasterboard wall fixings? (M5 size fixings, 12mm plasterboard).

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Iggy ....... just use longer screws to fix the brackets... through the plasterboard, void, and into the blockwork.
6mm masonry bit drilled well into the blockwork.
Push red rawlplug into the p/board.
Push a 65-75mm screw into the opening of the rawlplug.
Hammer the screw, taking the plug right into the blockwork.
Remove screw
Fix screws through brackets
