Had a new boiler fitted this year and it has had problem from from the onset. It goes into cycle of warm water , a bit of cold and then a bit of boiling hot and then it turns cold the longest .The whole process of actually getting a constant supply of hot water takes about 3 minutes. However, this does not affect the shower water
Worcester engineers have been twice -including fitting they claim a new pump but the problem is still there. They claimed it might be a tiny leak somewhere in my piping - but if there was, it didn't have that problem with my old boiler
you've paid a fortune for one of the best boilers out there and it's not working correctly? I would really put my foot down and say that you want it sorted out straight away. Can i ask how you paid and who installed it? i can then give you some advice as to who to complain to and what your next steps should be
I have a Worcester boiler, and after the engineer came recently to service it, I noticed the water was taking ages to get warm. This is because he pressed the Eco button so I switched that button off, and now the water gets hot quicker.Don't know if that is any help to you, but just thought I'd mention it.
Barsel ,forgot to mention I have tried the eco button settings -no difference.
Tandh,I belive that Worcester are just ok and not the best out there.Although my cousin who has fitted many says they are.... crap!
really tali? everyone that i've spoken to said they are the best along with avent (sorry not sure how to spell it)i would really put my foot down and say you want it sorted
