Cutting Perspex

I have bought a piece of Perspex from a company online,which needed a 20mm Radius corner on left side,however,I have discovered on the comfirmation email that they have put the RIGHT hand side .
As it has not been dispatched yet,i rang them only to be told that it is being processed and there is nothing they can do.
This is not the first discrepancy made during the process of ordering ,they have also omitted that I need five screw holes and have four down.
When I did the order online ,the PayPal payment went through but no confirmation from the company and my order was(and still is) in the basket,I had to ring up and she took the order by phone.,exactly as it said on the online order,I even repeated it with her to make sure it was correct.
I am not a happy bunny!!!!
Now,I need to get someone to do the Radius on the other end but do not know where to go.Tried our local glass company,in the hope but no ,they don`t.
Could it be sanded or filed etc.?Frosted,5mm thick.

So any suggestions please.

Perspex responds very well and easily to filing, trim as close to line as possible with a hacksaw(fine toothed blade) then finish with second cut file.

You can cut Perspex in the same way you cut thin plywood. A timber company rather than a glass company should be able to do it.
I used to work for ICI who make Perspex and we cut it with hacksaws and band saws just like wood, as donny say it can be filed and drilled just like wood.

There is a sheet of backing paper on Perspex it is important to keep that backing on while you are cutting and drilling etc, to protect the finish .
Also you can make cutting marks / lines on the backing sheet to follow while cutting the Perspex.

Now I think about it Perspex has a clear film backing on one side and backing paper on the other.Always cut /drill it with the backing paper side upwards.
Do not remove either of the backings until it is ready to go in place. It is easy to scratch so take care.

Had to cut some perspex about the same thickness as yours some time ago. I clamped the perspex between two pieces of 10 mm MDF and the cut through all three sheets - prevents any slipping and also gives a nice clean edge. By the way, forgot to mention I used a Makita jigsaw with a bosch T1010b blade.(Think that's the right blade !) Good luck

If it's a flat sheet of Perspex,same on both sides, with a radius on r/h side just turn it over and radius will be on l/h side.
