I have 2 Mira discovery showers, which constantly drip 2 plumbers have said the seals have broken and when seal has been replaced the same problem persists,

Could be the water pressure causing the problem. This depends on what CH system you have, gravity or mains fed hot water. - This will decide what type of electric shower you can have.
