hi we are thinking about rendering the outside of our house but dont know how to do it dont want to pay someone to do it can any one help us

you need a decent builder-plasterer to do this otherwise it will cost you more money to rectify mistakes

This is a skilled job. Make a mess of it, and you'll be in all sorts of difficulty. You'd likely have the extra cost of removing all of your work to rectify things at a later date.

render costs are the same and this is for using experienced tradesmen who should produce a good job.i have found anything with a trowel hard except for small patching jobs so i look at your question and wonder why you ask it, in november of all times

Yup, this is not a DIYer's task, except for minor patching on existing render. A skilled plasterer will make short work of it.
