Hinges

I need a counterflap hinge? (only opening to 180degrees) to repair my sewing machine table. I ideally need one (or a pair) 35mm x 12mm x 3mm!. I have searched a lot of the online DIY sites, sewing machine sites etc., with no luck. Any ideas please.
I can buy some larger ones at the local DIY store if I cant replace the actual one. I don't know the make of table, many years old and probably just a generic table.

Thank you Zacsmaster, but their site says they only supply to the trade. Good selection of hinges though.
