The flower bed along our garden path has always had an abundance of tulips and daffodills. However this year although the tulips are showing only about 10% of the daffs have come up.Could this be because of the very cold spell we had.?

nice one lol
have a gentle dig and see if the bulbs are there and growing. They might just be late but if the ground froze hard they might have rooted, might also have been eaten.
