Hot off the press, whilst on the evening slug hunt I spotted about 10 of these chaps living rent-free in my budlia... (no that is not a euphenism before you all start lol)
Any ideas what it is anyone?

Thanks in advance x :o}

ooh, brilliant - Thanks Sandy!
I have both Buddleja and Mullein, so I'm thinking I may stand a fair chance of seeing these.
Question Author
They have beautiful colouring Chipchopper - the blue and yellow remind me of a football kit. Luckily the Buddleia is overgrown anyway so I don't mind a few extra leaves being eaten - they seem to be going more for the stem
Ive seen them strip a Verbascum olympicum to the ground in a day !!!!!!
Question Author
Hammerman - they are certainly doing a good job at the buddleia and have moved onto the foxgloves - I think the birds have had a few as there is definitely less of them now. Interesting to watch though, but yes - not good for the plants! :o)
Question Author
Hammerman - just googled for 'Verbascum olympicum' - lovely looking plant - Is it related to Dock?
