A true living fossil, Best of luck with them!. I have a related Wollemi pine in my garden, which takes pride of place!
I thought they were supposed to be unlucky so I wouldn't grow them at all! Ratter - I know you don't believe in all that 'rubbish', not sure I do myself, but will they sell?
Correct Millie, I don't believe in it, they will dell over time I'm sure, the longer they take go sell the bigger the get and the more I can ask. I'm only asking £5.00 each at the moment.
I love chipchopper's description of "a true living fossil" :-) I had the privilege to be introduced to an ancient monkey puzzle tree as a child and to grow up beside it. It was like no other tree ever. The name and the presence of it,towering over the rest of the garden..just magnificent!
