I pull it up as a weed but others might be more forgiving as its actually a herb. Leave it only if you can use it, otherwise get rid of it now before it spreads. I call it Garlic Mustard

The leaves will smell oniony when crushed.
Yes, it dose have culinary use and it don't seem to stray far from the hedge, as its not any bother to me, I consider it a native wild flower...so enjoy.
In my haste, I forgot to mention that it has white flowers on top usually in may.
You may well be looking for a way now to get rid of the onion smell from your fingers :-0 lemon juice should do the trick.
