Hi there

I am setting up a play area on a unused patio area and was going to put down some play bark. Should I put anything down between the slabs and the bark such as some rubber matting ?

just bark will not be enough of a cushion unless put down very thick. Homebase now sell a rubber matt especially designed for childrens play areas. They come as tiles that lock together. Thats what I would use.
