Could i plant out lupins now to expect flowering this year?

I assume you are talking of lupins grown in a pot. Yes, they should flower this year. It is even possible to grow some types from seed and have them flowering in their first year (although on the late side)
Ive grown them from seed before to flower same year, I had a greenhouse then tho.
Theyre lovely flowers but they spread like blazes all over the garden.
Lupins can be sown in limefree soil in a well drained soil in a sunny or light shady position in April, protect from frosts

Thanks for all your answers. We always had lupins at our old family home,and I really fancy having my own this year.
