Can anyone tell me why some of my lavender bushes are dying whilst others - in the same bed - are healthy. The soil is certainly not too wet and is well drained - in fact it is very dry at the moment because there has been no rain for a while.

If a bush has died it could be a dog has peed on it when it`s on `heat`. Lavenders are very hardy and can withstand quite a lot of dry weather. Try Norfolk Lavender on Google

Thank you - a possibility because a neighbours bitch came in to my garden recently.
