chilli plant

i have chilli plants at home, which have flowered.but the one i have at work has not.any ideas why ?

My guess is lack of sunlight at work.

amount of heat can also make a difference

Work plant may be over-watered. Let it dry out to flower.

Flowering and setting fruit all depends on:

Being overwatered, underwatered, over/under fed, too cold, too hot and ammount of sunlight.
