Getting grapes

I have a mature grape vine in my greenhouse but after many years it has not flowered,plenty of branches and leaves but no flowers.Whats the method of encouraging flowering shoots.

is it not a tad early to be flowering yet? mine (outside) has only the tiniest of leaf buds on it, but even in a greenhouse i would have thought it's a bit early to expect flowers.

Grape vines should be pruned fairly hard every year. Do it now if it hasn't developed new shoots yet and dig some well rotted manure in around the roots.
