Bi -fold doors

Bi -fold doors -What i want to know is how far back they open- as i would like one that opens fully back as possible to retain the open plan feel of my kitchen i don't want a door that only opens half way

My SIL has these, and they open back completely on themselves, so the door opening is only impeded by the thickness of the doors themselves.

Any doors can be made to open up the full 180 degrees. They should be fitted with "projection" hinges .............. or "parliament" hinges.
With these, the "pin" sticks out a little further into the room. This allows the door to miss the architrave.
