A couple of years ago I had my windows and doors replaced with UPVC double glazed units. This morning I pulled my doormat away and it was wet underneath, should this happen after really heavy .rain?

Hello Janet. In trouble again. uPVC doors are really very good at weatherproof ing. I doubt if anything has gone wrong with them. I would put money on them needing adjusting. There's a lot of adjustment possible on them to re-align everything. It's not at all difficult, but almost impossible to describe here. If you fancy a go. Try looking on Youtube for...

It's not at all difficult, but almost impossible to describe here. If you fancy a go. Try looking on Youtube for "adjusting uPVC doors". I'll bet there are some.
If not, ask locally for anyone who supplies and fits them. Not one of the big double glazing companies, just a local fitter. He'll adjust it for you.
