Mock marble fire surround

Does anyone have any ideas as to how to remove marks let by a dripping candle( the wax has been removed) and coffee mug rings from a highly polished marble effect hearth?

Try putting some kitchen roll over the candle wax and then ironing over the top of that with a domestic iron on a hot setting. It worked on my carpet.
You might try cigarette ash on the coffee stains. Just make a paste and rub it over the stains. It works on wood tables.
