creaky bed

We have a wooden sleigh bed with slats and we have just bought a memory foam mattress. Every time we turn over the bed creaks and i can not tell if the noise is coming from the slats or from where the nuts and bolts are, we never had this problem with our other conventional mattress. Has anyonegot any suggestions what we can do.Thanks

make sure everything is tightened up thoroughly, but it might just creak cos its so new
