Hi, in the living room, we have a cupboard under the stairs, one side was a door and the other side was a piece of plywood that was wallpapered over. We took out the plywood and put our tall freezer in it, the freezer needs to face towards where the plywood was (ie in the cupboard but facing into the living room) - now we are stuck, how can we 'hide' it? We are decorating to sell the house and don't want people coming into the living room and seeing the freezer! The gap is about 23" by 71", one side is against the wall so if we put a door in there is only enough room for a door frame on three sides, have looked at 'screen doors' but some of them look a bit tacky and flimsy or you can see thru them. Any suggestions gratefully received!

Hi, have you thought of putting up some sort of curtain to hide it. It may not look great but it would hide the freezer so look better to prospective buyers and you never know they may have similar plans for the cupboard. A lot of these spaces under stairs are often used for this type of thing. Have you got rid of the doorway that was there?

Hi theshedman, it didn't actually have a doorway on that part, it was just plywood, there is a door the other side (like a double opening). We have looked around and seen some bamboo roll-up blinds from Wilkinson which will fit nicely! Thanks for the interest and reply!
