Can anyone tell me what the ground rent and maintenance costs are on a typical Churchlll 2 bedroom retirement home? Thanks.

I believe it very much depends on where it is and number of flats on the site.. They recently quoted me for a development in Shepperton as £3,350 annual service charge and £600 ground rent for 2-bedroom apartment.
