Does Anone Have Any Experience With Purplebricks ?
Hi,
Am hoping to put a property on the market in September once the tenant leaves. I'm getting a local estate agent round but with potential fees of over £3000, I'm wondering if Purplebricks.com might be worth a punt. Would imagine they'd want their £599 fee up front whereas the estate agent would be no sale / no fee. They seem to advertise in the usual places, eg. Rightmove but are they worth trying ?

Estate agent did say no sale / no fee so I don't expect to be charged if it didn't sell, tho' properties in the area are *extremely* sought after so doubt that'd be an issue. It would sell. But I wonder if doing *some* of it, ie. taking photos & posting them on Purplebricks' website would be worth it. Or if potentially paying £2000+ more to an agent who knows the local market inside out (& I'm told, probably have a waiting list) might result in a higher net selling price. Decish, decish ...
