Landing window on gable end wall leaks in at top seems only when we get wind and rain together had gable end pointed and water sealed still rains in above window

Update got a new window could not see where it was coming in talking to neighbor turns out house had a drip tray put in above window but for some reason council filled holes in so think I have found out the problem
