Hope I can put this simply. My brother, who is in Australia would like to buy my son's house here in England for me to live in (but it will be in his name, my brothers that is). They've already agreed a price and everything seems straightforward. Would anyone know the easiest and cheapest way to go about it?. My brother still retains his British Citizenship.
