how to get my partners name of his parents mortgage
me and my parent are looking to get as house, wether its part buy or mortgage, at the moment his name is on his parents house, due to he was the only son out of 3 that could get his name dow, but now that is stopping us form getting a place, what would be and how easy is it to get his name of and putting his mum name on there ASAP.

You mean your partner is already buying a house with a mortgage?
If so, the mortgage company will need to be satisfied that his mother can afford the mortgage on her own and has a good credit rating.
Only with the mortgage company's approval can the title to the property be transferred to his mother.
