Transfer House Into Wife's Name
My wife and I own a property in joint names. I am the sole earner between us so although the mortgate is in joint names I am the only one paying it.
Is it possible to transfer the house into my wife's sole name, and if so, how can I get it done cheaply?

Once the mortgage has been paid off you can change the ownership of the house if you wish. Phone the Land Registry Office local to your address and they will help you. You should be able to complete it yourself with a small (less than 100) fee payable.
