my neighbour has put it in his garden and now my garden is like a bog he says he put in drainage but we cannot use our garden in heavey rain you can see it running under fence do i have any rights

I'm no lawyer Semnasus............but I think you may well have. It's generally taken as read that no one should have to take water, drainage, rainwater (from gutters) or similar, from a heighbour.......... unless it's something that has been in place for some time.

He really should intercept the runoff and pipe it away to a proper soakaway or whatever.
