How do I find out from who, what authority, what departement, if I am allowed to bore my own well?
Location is in Wiltshire. What are the rules and regulations that govern it? where can I look it up?
many thanks for any reply.

Maybe find yourself a suitable organisation to do the boring for you - they will know for sure.
