Please can anyone tell me what the average height of a 1930s semi-detached house is, please?

I reckon Sandy is about right ............. 2.6m storey height plus another 2.4 for the roof
2.6 + 2.6 + 2.4 = 7.6m (26') plus a bit below Dampcourse.

I live in one. I guess the roof ridge would be about 30' above ground level.
About 8500mm from ridge tile to dpc..............but that is quite a loose figure.
I've got 4 storeys so I think I have over-estimated!
