Has anyone ever had a statement from British Gas for pay as you go electricity? I have had a metre for 3 years now and have never been sent a statement. I phoned British Gas but they refused to send one.

I only wanted to see how much I had paid them over a year. Seems strange that I am not send a breakdown.

Has anyone else had this experience.
