Thanks trim, but that one is £280 so bit too steep. Boxy, that one on ebay is not really what I'm looking for, it's just a bench were the item I'm after converts to a summer seat also.

The one in Flob's link doesn't look very sturdy. But why not Google for 'picnic table bench' and find quite a few suppliers? E.g....
