To decorate the main bedroom of a bog standard, bay windowed, terrace house.

Currently the walls and woodwork are cream and will be painted white. Prep work to the woodwork has already been done. The ceiling is not being painted...

This is a rented room.

Can anyone have a guess?

my painter is called andy. we have large rooms in our house and he is very good, one room one day, no messing about.

just had a word with OH. His pal is a professional painter and decorater. Either a morning 8-12 ish or an afternoon 1-5 ish. If he supplies paint 150, if you supply paint, 100 squidge.
