Noisy Hot Water Pipe

Please can anybody help me. My hot water pipe keeps making a noise that I can only describe as being like a trumpet! This is most annoying to me and my poor neighbours. It happens when I turn on the hot tap and only stops when I turn on the cold. However, this only happens when the water is hot! I have an immersion heater.

I have contacted a few plumbers who advise me to adjust some or other pressure, but none are eager to come out to look at the system!

Does anyone have any ideas???
