Cd Storage??

My OH has an excessive amount of CD's - which are all over the house, in various cupboards etc.
We used to have storage racks but they were a pain as the dogs would knock them over - does anyone have any really good ideas on ways to store them...other than the bin!

We're slowly in the process of moving our CDs into Arrowfile's storage http://www.arrowfile.com/cd-storage-and-dvd-storage-deptcdvd/

Gets rid of the crystal boxes and you can still keep the sleeves and inserts for reference
