More than likely to be blackfly aphids, just spray with diluted washing up liquid, they should disappear.

Beetles, or insects......big difference.
Aren't beetles insects?

Beetles
These tiny black beetles sound like pollen beetles which attack the flower and interfere with pollination.

Find a safe organic insecticide for use on food crops, otherwise a spray with soapy water or a good blast with the hose!
Could also be bean weevil. I've had 'em on my broad beans and apart from a few holey leaves they did no harm.

Thanks, suspect they are pollen beetles.
