German Tomato Seeds

Good evening all.
A friend of mine has just come back from germany.
He knows i like gardening,so he gave me a packet of tomato
seeds,trouble all the instructions are in german,so could anyone translate what it says on the packet which is HARZFEUER, LYCOPERISCON ESCULENENTUM.

I would guess instructions are

Plant in small pot in slightly damp compost at 1 inch deep
Pot on when plants are 2 inches high
Feed when first trusses are set

Probably a bit late to be germinating now.

I do hope it is not illegal to import these seeds. Some countries have very strict rules about importing fruit/vegetable items in case of diseases
