Friday - Today we wish that everything goes well for Redman as he goes under the knife - Sqad is already getting his reference books out for the follow up questions. Warm and muggy here in NW Wales - hopefully plenty of sun over the weekend

Alba, not yet, should be later this month. Doing my Bokwa 3 times a week at the moment. Enjoying it more than I thought I would. I'ts so much harder that Zumba. Ever tried it? It's good fun, but fast fast fast...
