at the photograph I took of my MIL’s front Garden. As you can see the edge of the drive has some “breeze block” style bricks around the edge. I took a while taking out the weeds from a few of these though while doing so I wondered what I could place in there or give to MIL to plant there. The soil is good, quite crumbly and with decent loam etc. It seems to drain ok. This front garden is not south facing (maybe or E or W facing though does get the sunlight most of the day). Any suggestions? Need to keep costs down as within these “breeze block” style bricks, (size approx. 4 inches by 3 inches, with depth of at least 5 inches), there are about 66 of them! I know that’s a lot but what do you suggest?
Many thanks in advance for all your suggestions.
Regards
Mitchell

Go for plants such as campanula, Phlox subulata & sediums to name a few.
Some garden centres may offer a collection of rockery plants at a reasonable price.
Hope this helps. Chip
