When using Damp Seal paint,is it necessary to paint all surfaces in a room,or just the area affected?
I did a whole room last year...all walls were affected by mould and damp. Now another room needs painting, and there is an area where the wall and ceiling join that has mould. Other surfaces seem to be unaffected.

When you used it last time, did it work?
Pasta, do you know what the cause is?
We're coming up to the "condensation season" Pasta. Just treat the affected area.

What you really need is a little more ventilation and heat. It doesn't take much.

@ ummmm...The cause is rubbish insulation, concrete construction,a very damp location...and a building management that does not want to tackle it.
@ TheWinner...yes,it seems to have worked quite well.
@ The Builder...I've tried those measures, and they seem to make little difference. All the flats here are affected to some extent. Your answer is what I thought.
