If you mean the latter then you can find suppliers of ivy seeds by putting the following into google:

If you mean 'Does ivy produce seeds?' then the answer is yes, most of them do. Ivy (hedera helix) flowers in the winter (Dec. and Jan) and produces berries which start green and later turn black. Small ivy plants don't flower, they usually only flower after climbing a considerable height up a host tree (after many years' growth).
Thanks for your reply, yes I meant seeds that I could sow... I have a hedge bank at the front of my house that is already about 50% covered in Ivy, but I would like it totally covered... can I just sprinkle some seeds in the grassy patches? I don,t think the Ivy there already produces berries, it's quite small leaved, do you know what type that is?
