Fencing

Riding along the A12 and A13 I have noticed a number of off fences appearing on the embamkments and verges. All they seem to be are two foot high sticks with plastic sheets about 4 foot long between each stick.

They don't seem to be protecting anything, and some run against fences. The length of these are anything from just a few yards to a cou[ple of hundred yards in length.

Anyone know what they are for?

Possibly something to do with protecting wildlife?

Yes, to try and stop badgers etc going onto the road.
