This morning I left my abusive partner however he has stolen my front door key of which I only have one. The door is one of those with a normal handle on the inside but the outside just has a square block handle that doesn't move u just turn the key and it opens the door, another key in the other side doesn't work (probably Coz its not the right key) but i do not want him gaining entry whatsoever how can I block the keyhole til monday when i can change the locks.

I've only ever seen square block handles on UPVC doors.
If you are going to change lock - then just put some super glue in key hole
Only problem with that one Tony is if it is a UPVC one then you are going to need to unlock it to get the screw out to change the barrel.
I think you need to INSIST the police are interested!
Yes but if locksmith is coming tomorrow he can take door handle of and change barrel
Only a tiny amount of super glue is necessary
As others have said superglue or (if you have a neighbour/friend who has some) the tiniest squirt of builders foam.
