Zanussi Cooker
29 Answers
I have above nearly 3 years now and from (talked about this before) the beginning all the rings go to high and the fan cuts it down to a lower temperature resulting in quite slow to start boiling. It tells you this in the manual.
Is there anyway I could get a professional to rip the fan out.

When it has cooled a little it kicks back in again. I start everything on high and turn it down once it reaches the temperature I am looking for.
There's no fan to rip out though. That's in the oven.

Well have perused the manual and can't find anywhere where it says hobs will cool. 3 years ago I must have misread fan for cooling or something like that since I never had a fan assisted cooker before.
Didn't know Zanussi is part of the family of Electrolux so have emailed them asking if this is the norm - heat to cool in too short a period.
I am prepared to pay for an engineer as of course guarantee is way up. Will let you know when I hear from them again. JjCon
